True Nature Retreats are for anyone looking for space, tranquility and inspiration to really get to the core. By stepping out of your daily hectic pace, relationships and patterns for a week, you will have a better feel for how you are really doing, what you really want and what you need.

There is a lot of room for personal attention and guidance. The yoga classes, coaching and program components are adapted to your needs and (im)possibilities. So you don't have to be an experienced yoga practitioner or have already done everything in the field of personal development (of course you can).

The most important thing? That you are willing to turn inward and embrace yourself.

    Week program
    - interview
    – a long yoga class every morning
    – daily guided evening meditation
    – an Ayurvedic massage of 1.5 hours with reading

  • COST

    The costs for participating in a complete retreat program: € 695 (full week) or € 465 (midweek).

    In addition, the costs for a fully catered stay, including all delicious meals, snacks, water/tea/coffee and overnight stays in a double room: € 425 (full week) or € 310 (midweek).

    In total you pay € 1120 (full week) or € 775 (midweek) for this gift to yourself.

    When registering more than 2 months before the start of the retreat, an early bird discount of € 100 (full week) or € 50 (midweek) applies.

  • FLIGHT AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

    Airline ticket, travel/cancellation insurance and (if you'd like) car hire are costs you pay for yourself and are not included in the price.

  • EXTRAS

    single room:
    There are a limited number of single rooms available, which share the sanitary facilities. The surcharge for this is € 125.

    Extra overnight stay:
    It is not possible to arrive a day earlier and/or leave a day later at the location. Of course we are happy to think with you if you want to extend your stay.

    Pick up/drop off:

    The location is not accessible by public transport. We offer a pick-up/drop-off service for Valencia airport for € 15.00 pp one way. Times are based on your arrival/departure.
