RESTORATIVE YOGA & MEDITATION
TEACHER TRAINING (100 HOURS) WITH VEDA ELA
Restorative yoga is a passive form of yoga and prepares the body for meditation. You learn to listen to your body by completely surrendering yourself to the yoga posture and fully accepting the moment. It is a Yin / passive form of Yoga (Yoga of “being”) and balances the more active forms (Yang) of Yoga.
A journey of self-exploration and self-discovery
The training gives you new tools to take with you in your practice, your teachings and your daily life. The intention of the training is to inspire you to live your life on a higher frequency, with awareness, acceptance of yourself and others, and to take better care of the planet.
This Restorative Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training consists of 100 hours, divided into 4 Fundamentals.
Each Fundamental consists of 21 hours of participation in the training and 4 hours of homework. This includes assignments, reading, observations and practice teaching. It is set up in such a way that you can follow it in its entirety within a year. This is recommended to make the most of its intensity. If you are not able to follow the entire training consecutively for personal reasons, it is also possible to spread it over several years.
IMPORTANT: The Fundamentals need to be done in order. Fundamentals 1 needs to be completed before starting Fundamentals 2, and so on. So, even if you do it on your own pace, follow them in order and only move to the next one after fully completing the one before.
