PRACTICING yoga keeps me in touch with my inner compass and helps me to find my true North whenever I drift off... Connecting to that which does not change. So I stress less and stretch more.

 

To open up and stay flexible both physically and emotionally and yet at the very same time centred, strong, stable and grounded enough to embrace everyday life in all its aspects.

 

Strengthen, soften and grow.

Realising this is a practice instead of an assignment ;-)
